About Me
Lyndon Evans
ILM Level 7 Executive Coach; Leadership Facilitator, Trainer and Mentor; highly experienced former Executive Principal and Headteacher; NPQEL, B.Ed
Successful and highly experienced in the world of education, I am passionate about working alongside those whose job it is to ensure the very best possible outcomes for children. Having devoted my career to primary education, initially as a teacher, since 1997 a Head Teacher and, more recently an Executive Principal, I have extensive experience of leadership at the highest level.
I know only too well the demands that are placed on teachers and leaders and the pressures that exist in schools. I am acutely aware that appropriate and necessary levels of support for staff are often inadequate. As an accredited ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, I am qualified and well placed to facilitate, guide and support you and your team, to help you to perform at the highest possible level, whilst also maintaining perspective and balance.
As the UK's leading provider of coaching qualifications and training, my extensive ILM accreditation enables me to coach you, or to work with you and your team to establish a coaching culture. Once established, Lyndon Coaching would be delighted to work with you periodically to review, evaluate and refresh your practice, to ensure optimum long-term outcomes.
As an experienced coach, mentor and national lead facilitator with Best Practice Network, leading on the NPQSL, NPQH and NPQEL programmes, I feel privileged to be able to work with such passionate, committed and ambitious leaders and have done so for many years.
Whilst my background is in teaching, I also take great pleasure in coaching beyond the world of education.
